Hello and welcome to Challenge #156 at Kaboodle Doodles. This week's challenge "Winter" is sponsored by Whoopsie Daisy and the randomly drawn winner will receive 8 images from them!
Here's the card that I created for this week's challenge, using one of the Whoopsie Daisy stamps.
Isn't this little girl skating adorable? Since the theme of this week's challenge is "Winter", I wanted my card to "look" like winter. I ran a piece of white cardstock through my Cuttlebug, using a snowflakes embossing folder, cut it to size and attached it to the front of my card.
I printed the digital stamp on white cardstock and colored it in with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. I also used Stickles and glitter on all of the fur. When I cut the image out, I chalked it all the way around with a very soft pink chalk.
I attached the image to the embossed card front and added the sweet little pearls to each corner. Of course, this just called for a pretty pink matching bow. Here is another view of my card.
I just love the embossing! Those snowflakes are just beautiful and there are so many different and interesting shapes. Here's one more photograph.
If you'd like to play along this week, go over to the Kaboodle Doodles blog and enter any project with a "winter theme". Go over and take a look at what the rest of our Design team created for this week's reveal, too!
Thanks for stopping by and "Happy Monday".
