Kaboodle Doodles Challenge #155

Hello and welcome to a new week and new challenge at Kaboodle Doodles.  This week's challenge is to use "Ribbons" and is sponsored by QKR Stampede Stamps.  The randomly drawn winner will receive their choice of 5 digital stamps from the QKR store!

The Design Team was very generously provided with our choice of QKR digital stamps and here's the card I created with the stamp I chose.

Isn't this skating penguin adorable?  You can find this image in the QKR store here.  This image and many more can be found under the category "Digi - Winter" right here.    Using my Spectrum Noirs, I colored his hat and scarf bright red and then just outlined his body very lightly with a grey.  I made the skates a brighter grey, to look like silver.  Since the challenge is to use ribbons, I tied two small gingham bows and added one to each side of the image.  Here's a close-up photograph:

It's hard to see in the first picture, but I used a snowflake embossing folder for the black cardstock.  Here's one more photograph:
