Welcome to a new week and a new challenge at the Eureka Stamps blog. This week's challenge is "Layer It Up & Let It Snow".
The digital stamp I used is digi6601(432) Think Snow. I printed the image out on beige cardstock because I thought it matched the patterned paper better than white and I really like the way it looks.
For the first two layers, I used two different patterned papers from October Afternoon's Make It Merry collection. The third layer is the digital stamp, itself, and I distressed the stamp and the first layer of patterned paper. Just for some added bling, I put a tiny blue pearl in the middle of each snowflake.
Another "layer" is my gingham bow and on top of the bow, I glued a snowman, from the Make It Merry "flower sack".
Here's another view of my card.
You can see the distressing a little bit better in this picture. You can also see how high up on the bow the little snowman is sitting, too. Here's another view.
I just love using those little pearls ~ they're so versatile and I can't ever believe how much they add!
Be sure to go over to the Eureka blog and see what the other designers created for this week's reveal. We'd love it if you'd play ~ the prizes are the wonderful Eureka digital stamps!!
Thanks for stopping by today.
